Transportation Rates
Transportation is automatically included with all bookings and will be added at checkout. While a small number of guests choose to hike or ski into camp, please note the route is approximately 9 miles with 3,000 feet of elevation gain. If you are planning to access camp on your own, contact us for a custom reservation.

Dog Policy & Pricing
Dogs are $30/night with no additional transport fee (dogs ride on laps)
Vaccinations must be up to date
Max 2 dogs per cabin | Max 6 dogs at High Camp
Dogs with aggressive behavior or excessive barking not allowed | groups with issue dogs will be asked to leave with no reservation refunds
Please be sure to clean up after your dog
Check In/Check Out
This only applies if other guests are checking out on the same day you’re checking in - otherwise you can head right into your cabin!
If you arrive on an earlier transport option and your cabin isn’t ready, you're welcome to relax in the lodge or head off on an adventure until your cabin is prepped. Check-in time: 2:00pm and check-out time: 10:30am (note details above).
Cancellation Policy
Before 60 Days: Full refund of deposit available minus $100.00 cancellation fee
Within 60 Days: Trips cancelled with less than 60 days notice will lose deposit
Within 30 Days: Full lodging amount will be charged (minus transportation costs) if cabin cannot be re-booked
Transportation
All transportation adjustments must be finalized 14 days prior to departure
Transport IN to High Camp: 10am & 2pm daily, additional 6pm option on Fridays
Transport OUT to parking lot: 11:30 am and 3:30 pm daily
Transport times lock in place 14 days prior to your arrival - allowing us to schedule staff and logistics accordingly

Directions to Parking Lot
Alpine Lakes High Camp is an easy two to three hour drive from most Puget Sound locations. Our parking lot is located just off U.S. Highway 2 at the junction of Coulter Creek Rd and High Mountain Meadows Rd, approximately 17 miles east of Stevens Pass (just west of milepost 82). You’ll find us on the south side of the highway, directly across from Nason Creek Rest Area. Map included below for reference.

From Seattle
Drive to Monroe, WA located on Highway 2, either on State Route 522 from the Bothell/Interstate 405 area, or on Highway 2 from the Interstate 5 Everett/Marysville area. From Monroe, drive east on Highway 2 over Stevens Pass. Our parking lot is on the south side of the highway approximately 17 miles from Stevens Pass.

Take Interstate 5 to Interstate 90 East.
Take Exit 85 onto State Route 970 towards Wenatchee for 11.9 miles to US 97.
Follow 97 north over Blewett Pass for 35 miles to the junction of Highway 2.
Turn left and travel west on Highway 2 for about 22 miles to our parking lot.
